Easy Addicting Corn

If you have a bag of frozen corn and are looking for a tasty way to use it, give this recipe a try! It's easy to tweak and adjust the seasonings to your personal preferences. The original recipe calls for traditional paprika, but I'm kind of hooked on sweet smoked paprika lately so that's what I used.

This corn comes out very flavorful, rich and buttery, and is the perfect complement to your favorite entrée. It worked great with saucy ribs and smashed potatoes for our dinner not so long ago. I will definitely be making this version of corn again, soon!

1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper

Directions
  1. Melt butter in a medium sized nonstick skillet; add the frozen corn once melted (don't add any water).
  2. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally for about 7 minutes. Sprinkle on the seasoning and continue cooking and stirring until mixture is evenly coated. (Taste test, adjust seasonings if needed.)
