Baked Salsa Chicken

This is a super quick and absolutely delicious dinner. All three of us, especially myself and my son, really enjoyed this and wished I'd made more so there would be leftovers! Just 4 total ingredients, a couple minutes to throw it together, into the oven and voila - dinner will be on the table in no time! We served this with some Easy Black Beans and Rice which was a great side dish. We will definitely make this again, soon!
